| GNY Equipment Mini-fueler
is designed to to filter and meter all gasoline, avgas, diesel or aviation
turbine fuels at flows of up to 100 GPM from a stationary, compact unit.
The basic unit can be fitted with a variety of options to suit the individual
customers needs. All units conform to NFPA 407 aircraft refueling standards.
Cabinets are supplied as a packaged unit including all components required
for safe, efficient delivery and metering of aircraft fuel.
All units are hydrostatically pressure tested and flow
tested before shipment and are warranted for a period of one year from
delivery date. Installation and servicing instructions are supplied with
each unit. |
Standard Specifications: |
Cabinet:
Unpainted 18 gauge stainless steel housing, Locking handle, Latch, and
Hinged down door. |
Equipment Base:
Formed steel channel, reinforced. |
Inlet Strainer:
Cast Iron construction, located on suction side of pump, 40 mesh basket. |
Pump:
Blackmer positive displacement type, 50 PSI by-pass. |
Motor:
3 HP 230/460 Volt, 60 Hz, 3 phase, class 1, division 1, group D, for
hazardous location (SPECIFY VOLTAGE). |
Motor Starter:
Manual type with on/off switch, for hazardous location. |
Filter/Separator:
Facet Int'l. VFCS-21-7 Fuel Gard. |
Meter:
1 1/2" size, positive displacement type, non-ferrous construction,
large numerical counter, totalizer, air eliminator and strainer (SPECIFY
GALLONS OR LITERS). |
Hose Reel:
Electric rewind, 115V AC, 50/60Hz, single phase motor, class 1, division
1, group D, non-ferrous swivel joint/internals. |
Hose:
50' long hose certified for aviation fueling coupled male x male non-reusable
couplings. (Size to suit) |
Nozzle:
Overwing nozzle, rigid drop tube, 100 mesh strainer, swivel, grounding
wire, non-ferrous construction. (Size to Suit) |
Static Reel:
50' cable length, alligator clamp and spring rewind. |
Piping:
All aluminum with victaulic couplings to ease removal of pipe assembly. |
Electrical:
All wiring in rigid conduit in accordance with National Electric Code
for hazardous location. |
Finish:
Base, equipment and piping finish painted air dry enamel, color white.
