has been manufacturing since last three decades, Aviation Swivel
Joints for GNY’s Floating suctions, Liquid fifth wheels,
Hydrant carts, and Refuelers. The Swivel joints are available
in two different design (two piece design and split flange design),
in three different materials, with two types of seal design,
three different sealing materials with various pressure and
temperature range for Aviation Industry. |

Two Piece Design
Split Flange Design (which
enables main-seal change without
removing ball bearings).
Size Range:
50 mm to 900 mm (2" to 36" and larger).
Pressure Range:
ANSI Class 150 through 400.
Temperature Range:
Ambient, subzero and high temp. to suit application.
Material of Construction:
Carbon Steel: ASTM A105 ((upto
6”) or A515/A516 Gr. 60/70
(8” and above)
Stainless Steel: SS304/SS316
(A182 F304/316– upto 6” and
A240-304/316 8” above
Aluminum: B26-356-T6 (upto
10”)
Seals:
PTFE (Teflon®), Viton® , and Buna-N.
Seal Designs:
'O'-Ring design and 'V'-Lip seal design.
Ball Bearing:
Two (2) hardened heavy load bearing capacity
ball-bearing.
Testing:
All Swivel Joints are Hydro/Pneumatic tested.
Special testing such as Vacuum test, Bending moment test, Torque test,
External pressure
test and Life Cycle test is also available.
