THE APPROACH

GNY Equipment, Inc., hereafter to as the company, warrants equipment it has manufactured against defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper usage for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of shipment. This express warranty is in lieu of and excludes all other representations made, both expressed and implied.

If such equipment should fail through a defect in workmanship or material, and specific written notice of such failure is made to the company within (12) months after date of shipment, the company will either repair or replace defective equipment, F.O.B. its factory, without charge. The company may require of the defective equipment to its factory, with transportation charges prepaid, to establish any claim. GNY Equipment, Inc.’s Quality Control Program is to insure that all products manufactured by the company will satisfy the below mentioned requirements.

  3. All flow, functional, hydrostatic, Load test and any other required tests have been performed and documented.
  4. That best commercial shop practices and GNY product standards are used during fabrication of these products.

We warrant our products for a period of 12 months from the date of installation.

GNY QUALITY CONTROL PLAN

OBJECTIVE:

The objective of the quality control program is to insure that all products manufactured by GNY Equipment, will satisfy the following requirements:

  • Fulfill all customer specification.
  • Be complete as described by the Bill of Material.
  • All flow, functional, hydrostatic, Load test and any other required tests have been performed and documented.
  • That best commercial shop practices and GNY product standards are used during fabrication of these products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The quality control inspector shall:

  • Become familiar with the customer spec. shop drawings and Bill of Material.
  • Perform in-process inspection.
  • Perform first piece inspection of the first unit of a production run, machined parts and any other items to be supplied to final assembly dept.
  • Perform inspection of welded assemblies.
  • Perform final inspection and testing prior to shipping.
